Miruna Chivulescu
Miruna, born in 2012 in Bucharest, Romania, is a perseverant and confident student at Questfield International College, always eager to learn new things and embrace new challenges.
Having already participated in the previous TEDx Questfield Intl College Youth event, Miruna left a lasting impression on the audience. Her talk was met with waves of applause — not only for the powerful ideas she presented, but also for the captivating way she delivered them. Exceptionally talented and expressive, Miruna performed her speech like a true professional, demonstrating the charisma of a natural-born performer who feels right at home under the spotlight.
Beyond TEDx, she has also taken part in the Model United Nations Conference in Rome, Italy, where she continued to refine her public speaking and diplomacy skills.
Miruna describes herself as someone deeply passionate about fairness and social justice, and she expresses her mission in her own words:
“I’ve always been passionate about seeking justice in the world, converting the biggest, most impactful barriers of inequality into something that can’t threaten our society anymore. When we run into a wall too high to climb, we should unite and build a staircase to overcome it. One voice can influence beliefs, but millions can change the flow of upcoming generations. So, in order to accomplish major milestones in the development of educational unfairness, I will raise the count of these voices. I will take part in reaching this objective and I will make it my mission to put a stop to this serious issue. No child should face this critical challenge, therefore, from now on, let’s transform this statement into our reality. Let’s transmit this message in all corners of the world so no child, no potential and no voice will be silenced and wasted.”
Through her determination, expressiveness, and empathy, Miruna continues to inspire others — proving that age is never a limit when passion meets purpose.
