TEDˣ is a global initiative to spread ideas worth sharing.

In the spirit of “Ideas Worth Spreading”, TED has created TEDˣ, a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together, to share a TED like experience.

At a TEDˣ event, TED talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connect. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x= independently organized TED event.

TEDˣ Youth events are fun, imaginative, and smart TEDˣ events designed for, and often organized by, young people. They bring ideas worth spreading to all ages.

On November 22ⁿᵈ 2025, TEDˣQuestfield Intl College Youth will host its second edition, a full day of ideas, voices, and performances shaped around the theme Disrupting: Building Order from Chaos.

This gathering will dive into the shifting systems—economic, political, cultural, and natural—that define our lives, exploring how disruption can unsettle but also renew. From artificial intelligence transforming the way we work, to free press reshaping accountability, to communities driving social and environmental justice, each disruption breaks patterns yet opens space for stronger foundations.

Questfield students will take the stage to explore how courage, creativity, and education can turn instability into a force for progress.
